Fourth iOS 5 Beta Surfaces

Apple has made iOS 5 beta 4 available to iOS developers. Apple typically updates iOS betas every two weeks ahead of a major new iOS release. Changes available in this beta of iOS have yet to surface. The system software can be downloaded by registered iOS developers so that they may test their apps on it.
