Motorola has made Android 2.3 Gingerbread available to the Atrix 4G, which is sold by AT&T. This update must be first downloaded to a microSD card and then installed on the Atrix from the card rather than downloaded over the air. Motorola has provided detailed instructions on how to perform the update on its support pages, and recommends that the Atrix first be updated to the latest version of Blur (this can be done over the air) and be free of user modifications. Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread offers a number of key features, including support for NFC, SIP-based video calling, and better power management.

Works fantastic

Downloaded my update last night and haven't been able to stop playing around with it. Loving the new look. Speed itself is comparable, but the battery life is already significantly improved, and I can actually tell, which is remarkable. The new market look is interesting and will take a bit of getting used to, but it's all a step in the right direction.
