Fring Debuts 'Playgrounds' Group Video Chat
Sep 8, 2011, 11:50 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Fring today added a new feature to its group video chat product called Playgrounds. Playgrounds appears to be styled after Google+'s Hangouts feature. In Playgrounds, fring users can join an existing four-way video chat or launch their own. The chats are supposed to be based on a topic of the creator's choosing. Fring Playgrounds is available to all fring users from the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Android devices. Fring users can still use the normal group video chat function, too.
