Facebook today made a number of announcements at its f8 conference in San Francisco. One of the chief announcements was for a new feature called Timeline. Using the Timeline tool, Facebook users will be able to create a literal time line from their birth to the present that shows all the events of their life as they unfolded over time. During the presentation, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said that the Timeline feature will be compatible with mobile phones, though he didn't specify which ones nor in what capacity. Facebook also announced a new Open Graph concept, which will add a social element to many different kinds of applications, such as Spotify, iheartradio, and many others.
