Documents seen on the Federal Communications Commission web site provide details about an unannounced handset from Motorola. According to the pictures, the Motorola i940 is a slab-style Android smartphone that has a 5 megapixel camera, push-to-talk, and a 3.5mm headset jack. The FCC confirms that the Motorola i940 supports iDEN 800/900, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. The draft user manual notes other features, such as Wi-Fi PTT, group calling, group messaging, and microSD support up to 32GB, though these are not confirmed. No carriers have announced plans to sell this phone, but it could be sold by Sprint Nextel or its Boost pre-paid service.
