Oct 3, 2011, 10:04 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Nokia today announced a new version of the Qt software developers kit that will allow developers to create applications that take advantage of the near-field communications feature of select phones. The Qt SDK will let developers create and test applications written for Symbian smartphones and the MeeGo-based N9. Nokia hopes that application writers download the newest SDK and publish inventive applications that put its Symbian phone's NFC capabilities to use.
