iPhone 4S Preorders to Start at 12:01AM Friday

Apple, AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless will all start accepting preorders for the iPhone 4S at 12:01AM Pacific time / 3:01AM Eastern time on Friday, October 7. The iPhone 4S 16GB costs $199.99, the 32GB costs $299.99, and the 64GB costs $399.99. Those prices are available for qualifying and new customers with a new agreement. Full retail pricing for the iPhone 4S is $649, $749, and $849 for the 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB models, respectively.
