Apple Pushes OS X 10.7.2 to Bring iCloud Online

Apple today released a system update for its line of Macintosh computers. The update includes a number of changes, key among them being support for Apple's iCloud service, which goes live today in conjunction with the launch of iOS 5. iCloud stores users' email, calendars, contacts, Safari bookmarks, and Safari Reading List and automatically pushes them to all a user's iOS devices. iCloud can be accessed on Apple computers, in addition to the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. It is meant to help keep user data in sync. In order to get the most functionality from these new services, iPhone users should update iTunes to 10.5, OS X to 10.7.2, and the iPhone to iOS 5.
