C Spire Wireless, a regional CDMA network operator formerly called Cellular South, today announced that it will offer the Apple iPhone 4S. C Spire said that the iPhone 4S will become available in the coming weeks, and is allowing customers to register for more information. C Spire didn't provide any other devices, such as pricing for the device itself, nor how much iPhone plans will cost. C Spire has a roaming agreement with Sprint for coverage outside of its home network area.
