ZTE Hits Boost Mobile at 'Warp' Speed

ZTE today announced a new Android smartphone for the Boost Mobile pre-paid network called the Warp. The Warp runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and features a 4.3-inch display, 1GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth, support for 32GB microSD cards, and GPS. Boost Mobile says the Warp also ships with its Mobile ID and Boost Zone services on board. Mobile ID is similar to Sprint ID, and offers users a collection of ID packs to download and install. The Boost Zone is an application that lets customers manage their account. The Warp is a CDMA smartphone and hits Boost Mobile's retail stores on November 2 for $249.99.
