Bluetooth SIG and NFC Forum Publish Pairing Guidelines

The Bluetooth Special Interest Group and the NFC Forum today announced that they have published a new set of guidelines for developers looking to take advantage of near-field communications and Bluetooth technology when they reside together in the same device. The guidelines cover how to pair devices with little or no user interface; how to pair devices with extensive user interfaces; and how to pair devies such as TVs and smartphones for photo-sharing. The guidelines can be downloaded for free.
