Kodak Adds Samsung to List of Patent Targets

Eastman Kodak today filed a lawsuit against Samsung regarding digital imaging patents. Kodak alleges that some of Samsung's smartphones and tablets infringe Kodak patents that relate to technology for transmitting images. Kodak filed its complaint with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and is seeking damages. It recently filed similar claims against Apple and HTC.
