I think you might want to research a little better regarding your use of these terms.
iTunes Match = goes through your music collection and either uploads the songs it can't find or matches them the iTunes library so you can listen to your entire library anywhere you have a cell signal.
iTunes in the cloud = allows re-downloading your apps, movies, and music that you've PURCHASED from Apple.
Unless it's going to go through my video library and re-download higher quality iTunes copies or upload the ones it can't match, it ain't iTunes match. And they're not the same thing.
