T-Mobile mainly utilizes AWS for UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA, and it makes sense at&t will also use AWS for that

It had traditionally used Texas Instruments to build its chips, but Nokia will now use STMicro, Broadcom, Infineon and Texas Instruments to supply a range of GSM, EDGE and WCDMA chips 😁
