Twisted Pair's Wave Shoves Push-to-Talk Over IP
As I understand it, when you PTT with Hipvoice your audio is recorded and then sent out as an audio file. This approach builds in extra latency, push-to-wait - so to speak. The WAVE solution demonstrated to me is real-time audio.
