Sprint sucks no matter what they do
If Sprint had the largest coverage, best prices, fastest data speeds, largest mobile to mobile community, vastly improved cs, and a premiere program that rewarded long-time customers, folks would still say they suck. Wait: they DO have those things! I rest my case. ;)

Nix the largest coverage thing, yeah, they do.
Sprint has a bad reputation from years back. This overwrites all.

yeah the sad part is that it was sprints reputation that was merged with nextels excellant customer service and now we're still trying to fill in the hole of bad rep.

I understand that sprint had a bad start. but you have to admit. They have come a long way! They are getting better and better by the second. I've personally worked with just about every wireless company out there, and so far i prefer Sprint over all of them 🙂

We are, in my opinion, the best national post-paid wireless provider available. Pre-paid can definitely be a better deal and you may have a local cell company that's going to give you more for less, but either way, you are going to lose out on free roaming, good phones, flexibility when it comes to paying the bill, etc.
I've only worked for Sprint since December 2009, but several of my coworkers have been here for years and they can confirm that our customer service has gotten way better. One of my sups informed me that as recently as 2008, we did not even HAVE Customer Care at my site. We were Collections only, and if you didn't make a payment, you didn't get jack.
