Just lost another sale to Radioshack...
Any Sprint reps here ever spent an hour setting up a customer's account, applying discounts and educating on phones/price plans, only to have them tell you they're going to buy the phones at Radio Shack/Best Buy/Wal-Mart?
I work at a Sprint Preferred Retailer, so I'm technically *supposed* to help them even after they buy the phone elsewhere, but the temptation to tell them to get lost is great. Especially since I rely on that commission to feed my family. >_

They'll be back. Every time I go into my local Radio Shack, there's someone complaining or that have problems with their service, phone, bill. And the poor guy or gal behind the counter is clueless.

forget that i make them feel stupid, esp with the port in credit ending Saturday. If they have an employer discount i tell them if they do it at a CORP store the discount is on the 1st bill if they go somewhere else 2-3 cycles. Also if they no ACT fee it can't be wavied at RS, WAL MART, BBM OR TARGET and Sprint won't credit back. I will help them with somethings but others they need to make a RN appt.

i know it might be a lie, but i tell them radio shack sells "b-stock" phones. just for laughs 🤤

If I put someone through all that trouble, I would just buy from them even if it meant a little extra money. I've had the same happen to me too often, "Oh I'm just researching online, now help me with everything so I can know what I'm doing before going into a store." Ridiculous.
