Boise ID needing to switch from VZW
So... I'm not thrilled about it but I believe I am going to have to leave VZW after 8 years.
Like a lot of people I find myself in a situation where I need a new phone but do not want to give up my unlimited data or pay full retail. Anyway, I have heard pretty good things about Sprint in this area and was hoping I could get some feedback.
Is the data truly unlimited or is it throttled? Any other unadvertised restrictions?
Realistically what am I looking at for a monthly cost? SMS and data are what I primarily use the device for I use almost no voice minutes.

Sprint does have truly unlimited data plans, at reasonable prices, but of course there are restrictions. Like you can't use ...

Ebay is cheaper than full retail, though not as cheap as upgrading and paying only 200 for your phone. However, if you don't want to lose your unlimited data on VZW and you want to keep VZW's LTE network (which is really good), Ebay will give you some options.

Not sure if you went with Sprint or not. Overall I find Sprint is OK. Fine for phone and text, data is slow here. My reception stunk at my house so Sprint sent me an Airwave for free so my signal in my house is good now. I was out of contract and threatened to leave if they didn't send me one. I asked in a nice way of course. 🙂
