Personally, I want to get the S4 but mostly for cosmetic reasons. I like the way the interface looks on the phone and it is pretty intuitive to use. Already decided I don't want an iPhone so my choice is between these two phones, too.

I went with the HTC One. I had an S2 and it was pretty blah. So far, I love the One. The space provided by DropBox is awesome for photos and such.
