I know stuff about phones, so this training was kind of a joke for me. How was it for everyone else?

I have a palm centro, and i was wonderinq what proqram i would use to change the color of the dial pad, and the menus that have the contacts, web and stuff. What program do i use to change those colors to pink instead of blue??

Hey guys, consider me back. I start in the busiest store I could find on september 1st. Finally getting out of the callcenter to see things from the other side.

Currently I am using a Palm Treo 755. Is there anyway to download something that will give the UI a different look? I'm getting pretty tired of the old palm appearance. Has anyone used a 3rd party app that will change the appearance??? Thanks.

The ranks of unhappy iPhone users continued to swell at the weekend as Apple customers complained about problems maintaining a signal on the company's new 3G handset.

Over the past few weeks, customers have flocked to Apple's online support forums to complain about weak or fluctuating signals leading to dropped calls and long download times.

"I have had my iPhone since this past Sunday," wrote one iPhone customer on an Apple support forum last week.

"The reception issues began immediately with 3G flip-flopping between 'no signal' and up to four bars - but usually hovering between none and two."

I've been waiting for this QChat since way back in 2006 when Sprint Announced that Qualcomm was writing this new program. I was even more excited when they announced earlier this year that it was now available in Atlanta. I live in Spartanburg, SC which is about an hour from Atlanta, and it still isn't available here. A Sprint Rep in Greenville SC told me last week that the technology is available in Greenville, which is 45 minutes away from here, and that if I bought a QChat phone, I could only use it in Greenville, even though it's not sold there at this time. This is getting frustrating. Why is it so hard to launch something this new and exciting all at once? Does it use different airwaves than the regular Sprint service?

I was just checking my phone on the sprint online site. I am an add a line phone and it says I have EVDO Casual on my line. What is that?

here's what I do...

1.) You have had the same plan since 2003 it may be time to get a new one.

2.) Find one of the 60+ minute calls they probably forgot about and indicate what date and time they did it. then follow up with "... and that was just one call... counting free minutes and anytime minutes you made a total of xxx calls, don't you think you may have miscalculated?"

3.) Tell them "I know what a fradulent call looks like (true statement) on your bill and there was not one of those made on your account all the calls are valid. Let's look at getting you on a different calling plan..."

Aug 17th Sunday corporate meeting is really part of market research to see which markets can produce adequate numbers without a corporate store present. Dan Hesse has been cutting costs, and closing stores saves money. Dont believe me? Call your store and listen to the recorded message that sends your customers to Radio Shack and Best Buy if they need help. Lets all hope the other markets can't produce.

If you really think that Sprint is going to fail, put your money where your mouth is. Call a broker, set up an account, and short sell Sprint stock.
In the event you don't know what selling short is, and it wouldn't shock me if you don't, you are basically selling stock you don't own at the current price, and making a promise to buy it back at a future date. If the price drops, you make a profit, if the price increases, you lose money.
Since there are one or two individuals (I think we all know of whom I speak) that are happy to predict how quickly Sprint will have to shut its doors, I'm interested to see if they have the balls to back up all of their doomsday predictions.

So can someone with REAL INFO explain then deal with this super long meeting?

I am excited, I just purchased an LG LX400 with Qchat off of ebay, brand new for $249. I am in contract for almost two years, so I had to buy one off of ebay. None of the QChat phones are available in my area yet, so I haven't been able to test them out. The main things I look for when buying a phone, is the sound quality of downloaded MP3 ringers (from spring website) and the screen display. Do you know if this phone has these two things? Is it a multimedia phone, because the Sanyo Pro 200 and 700 are said to NOT be multimedia phones. The LG looks rather cheaply made, but is this a good phone for what I'm looking for? I know it has EVDO, which is good. Also, qchat isn't in my area yet, but I can still use the phone itself, right? F...
