I was reading online at new phones coming out for VM this year and I do see some of the line up includes the I phone and the BB bold. Has any one else heard anything about this happening this year? 😁 I hope we get some better phones this X tc is killing me!

Those two phones you mentioned are both coming to Virgin Mobile Canada. In fact, they're already out.

I haven't heard anything about new handsets coming to Virgin Mobile US as of now. It might be a while until something new comes out now that Spring has bought them out. Rest assured when a new handset comes out for Virgin, it'll be a CDMA handset, which rules out an iphone.

I have heard that Sprint is getting rid of Virgin mobile so I do not see why they would trouble with offering new devices... has anyone else heard this?

Virgin Mobile is getting rid of the CONTRACT (Helio) side of Virgin Mobile. Boost is also owned by Sprint. They are not going out of business. The prepaid industry is booming right now due to the recession. So its ok to buy a virgin mobile phone. It is a worldwide company. It is not just in the U.S.
