Virgin Mobile Is The WORST Company I've Ever Dealt With

Their customer service does suck. i've had my phone replaced twice and it took me a month to get them to send me the first one. Second phone had the same issue so they sent me that out in a week. and that phone has some problems now and I don't want to call them cause they always make me mad. but some of my pics wont come through and it says alert removed from the inbox. So yeah im not happy with virgin mobile myself but they are the cheapest so thats why I dont bother changing.

i agree the are a very low budget service owned by sprint who also owns boost. They also have tried to charge my debit card even after they have been told not to. i had them when they first started never any problems. But i noticed a change in the company one they where sold. Yes the prices are good their service is not that good in my areas and their customer service is even worse.

If you hate it that much go to a different service, stop wining already
