MetroWeb and Kyocera Strobe help...

I'm currently getting service from MetroPCS, I live in the West Palm Beach area of Florida. Recently I noticed on Metro's website that MetroWeb is apparently now included in my $45/month plan. Upon attempting to use MetroWeb I still received the "Airtime fees apply" message, so tonight I called support and asked if I needed to do something else to access MetroWeb without fees...

The lady I talked to went and apparently talked to a supervisor, who proceeded to tell her that APPARENTLY my phone is not compatible with MetroWeb. I then explained that I know for a fact that it is, as I've used it a few times with airtime fees, and it has worked fine etc. Yet she still insisted that my phone is not compatible with MetroWeb, until I got frustrat...
