metro and ebay
if i were to buy a new and or used phone off of ebay how do i get my information onto that phone. Do you suggest doing this or is it not a good idea to get phones for metropcs on ebay?

theres only one problem with a used phone. Unless u have an account alrready they will charge you a reactivation fee and charge u the first month. so depending on your plan u pick depends on how much they will charge to reac a used phone 55 to 70$ is the usuall walk out door phone working reac price

the react fee is $15 but u have to pay the first month up front when u react so it all depends on your plan you pick as to how much it will costs you.

they are all correct , ebay really is only cost effective when you already have a acct and your trying to replace a phone . But remember you dont know what your gonna get on ebay . It could be reported stolen or lost and the serial # ( MEID , ESN ) could be locked so the phone would be no good. Personally stay away from ebay if you can but if you want to try and get a phone from there ask the seller for all the info ( esn , meid )make model etc and call the 1800 # or go to a local metro store and have the do a serial # search to check the status of the phone in question. Also check the sellers feedback and positive % and how many negetives they have . You other option is to try www.craigslist.com and see if you can find someone local to buy ...
