I would like to hear from other people with conections inside metro pcs, is this really in the road map of the upcoming future??? it would be a great improvement for metro.

I heard some kind of Nokia midlevel coming this year, but whoever said the Q or Pearl is totally drunk! How metro subscribers gonna pay for $400 phone? It ain't happen. no way.

So metro is or isn't coming out with the Motorola q9?? Those people who work with Metro, don't you think that Metro NEEDS a phone LIKE the Pearl or the Q!?!?

Well just to set the story straight I can almost bet my life that any smart phone at any price would sell . If you wait a couple of months you will see that the motorola Q9 will be avalible . This was told directly from the moto-rep .
People pay 300 for a rokr that has almost 1/2 of the features of the q9 or any smartphone i believe there is a huge market of people who are willing to pay any price in reason for one .
I get customers on a daily basis asking when and if we are gonna get a smartphone bc they want to leave the carrier that they are with . Most of those people are even willing to pay their cancelation fees and purchase a phone at 400-500 dollars just to leave the company they are already with .

That is the good news I want to hear! Awesome!! I will be buying the Motorola q9 for sure! I'm very excited =))

If that is true, how the Q will work on a slow 1x network that metro uses, besides metro does not have streaming video, certain music file type not supported...and mms sending only 320kb -sized file which means you can't send anything larger than that on mms texting. I guess getting the Q just for the hype or look but not fully usable for what the Q supposed to be and you wanted to pay $400+ for that look? 🤭
Same as Rokrz6m, it is used like old Razr v3 except better camera and resolution, as it runs on 1x., slow internet.

For YOUR information, i would like a phone with a keyboard, good looks, and good battery. Thats all i ask. I am 16. I dont care about all the other crap that comes with it. So many other teenagers are with metro and they dont care about all the other crap. They also dont care about the price. SO HA.

So basicly your wanting a phone based on cosmetic looks and not technical aspect.. thats about the sum of your rant but what you fail to realize is that if everyone bought a cell phone because of cosmetic purposes you would have the biggest unhappy client base ever. Well I really doubt it metro most metro pcs users are happy with what they have.

I know for sure most subcribers get metro just because the price of flat rate aprox $45 plus tax.

I have not made any survey but I know several people wanting better phones, they just dont switch because they dont want to be attached to a 2 year contract.

However, other carriers are joining the game, they already offer a flat rate, at $99.99 per month. So is only about timebefore metro has to take a decision: either bring new strategies to keep costumers happy or fall down into the hole.

Come on guys, we need some comments from the ones inside metro, what is coming up next for all loyal subcribers???

all we want is a nokia... hahahahahaha well okie a smart phone but not a motorola. and keyboards are not cosmetic. its useful for chatting and surfing the web. if you dont have the smart phone .. a midrange nokia would be nice ... F*** motorola i have the rokr had the krzr and they both suck compare to the nokia slider that was discontinued ... it had a great batter and great reception good camera and a nice screen. the motorolas have software problems and doesnt do anything i want right. IT SUCKS.. i hope metro sees that. yeah i know nokia isnt really trying to make cdma phones... but come on they make them still ... just low end ones .. why cant the metro reps ask nokia for atleast a midrange? just make it and i bet they all sell out fast ...
