can i connect an unlocked phone with metro?

the phone is the Nokia 6280 and i found it online for $250 and its unlo9cke so i just wanted to make sure before i purchase it

you can only purchase metro-PCS branded phones as they are the only phones configured to work on their network; they only have ESN's that are in metro's system, but if u want a good phone i suggest either the Moto Z6m, or the Samsung U520.
