need feedback

Hi,
I'm considering to make the switch to this carrier but I'd like some feedback from anyone that's currently a customer of this carrier as far as: network reliability, dropped calls, customer service, value of calling plans, etc. Thanks!

Been with them since Dec '06, so far I like it eventhough they have many issues regarding phones and speed. If your priority is low bill, then this is it. You have to be patient with their phones selection, only 2-3 phones that are worthy of having which can do every feature that company offers.
I don't see any sign that I am switching...price, internet, mms, unlimited time 24/7 keep me going... 😉

Switched to Metro from Sprint about 2 months ago now. Couldn't be happier. Phones suck but all I've ever cared about in a phone is the ability to talk on it and their selection does that just fine, just don't look for the latest and greatest phone features in Metro phones. I had my first dropped call in two months last night and that was in a hilly area that I didn't get any coverage with Sprint so I'm more than happy with them.
Obviously I'm here with them for the price, have unlimited talk time which is great and the texting is nice to have but I don't do much of it, although since I have unlimited texting I find myself doing it a bit more often than I did with sprint where every one would have cost me.

I have a few ?'s for you. Can I download Opera Mini onto a MetroPCS phone? Also does MetroPCS at least have EVDO data speeds? What's the internet like on MetroPCS network?
And can you pay your bill over the phone?
