As far as phones go all three are good phones with equal cameras, although the kyocera has a mail in rebate deal going on until the 15th of june.Basically You buy the phone and fax in the form and they send you a $40 visa gift card good for gas, food or anything. But as far as reliability goes my favorite phone to recommend is the samsung r400 its reliable has a good camera ,good reception, and will take a beating.
