NO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR METRO???
Hey I have a customer srvc # 888-863-8768 and we NEVER get LIVE help, even if you press ZERO, you can't get through a real person unless you go to activations. Could someone tell us wtf!

for a smaller company like Metro, that's no surprise. They will spin you in circles for awhile and hope they some how answer your question. If they do have a Customer Care line, they will most likely be 3rd party. When they get bigger, they may do in house.

😳 😲 my bad 🤭 ....I was looking at wrong number. That was the call in number for us from Metro PCS customers...the only call in number I have for Metro PCS is the same one you do.

If there is a direct number for metro pcs, I don't know what it is. I call the 8888metro8 number and can never be directed to a representative. if i call a metro pcs store, i have to listen to the all the menu options "as they have changed" lol. my solution was walk into the nearest metro pcs store.

yeah i just figured it out trying to pay my metro bill, i kept saying "pay my bill" clear and even annunciated after many times, then finally, the voice automated system said she'll direct me to someone who can help me. 😎
