Does anyone know if Metro is going to be offering a Smartphone? Ever. I've had the Slvr l7c for over a year and I'm bored. The only other phone I'd consider is the Rokr, but I hate sliders. If not, does anyone know why? Thanks, Maureen

Was wondering if it's possible to get the Blackberry 8830 (Curve) to work on the Metro PCS network. They're both CDMA. Only reason I bring it up is because when I worked for ATT I know you could use our phones on T Mobile etc. Was wondering if anyone knows or has experimented with this.

why is it that cricket can have a nokia 6275i and we cant .. we have the same technology .... i don't speak for everyone ... but most of us who's had metro for years ... always like nokia the best. the motorola's reception is not good at all ... i used to be able to use the phone in my house with a nokia. none of the other phones work for more than 3 minutes .. i drop after a while. and that phone isnt even a low end ... it has 2 mp camera and micro sd card ... just what i want ... i don't care about no smart phone ...especially if its motorola .. but thats just my opinion.

Question for any employees of Metro Pcs. How does Metro structure its retail store chain of command. I assume Manager then either an Assistant Manager or Maybe lead rep and then Sales Reps. Or do you set your stores up differently than such posted above. ?

I work for POCKET Smart Wireless and it seems that we might have a merger with metropcs, I would just like some input from other metropcs employees. Are they a good company to work for? What kind of changes should I be expecting? What customer complaints am i gonna have to deal with?

I am curious if anybody knows is they plan on expanding in The DFW region to East Texas, Tyler, Longview , Marshall, Tx and the Metro area of Shreveport, La , the reason for asking is metro has job posting for Account sales reps in for these markets, working with indirect or 3rd party dealers. As of right now Metro has no coverage in these areas or a network. Be that as it may i assume they are expanding, does anybody have any knowlege of this?
