Any scoop on what the new plans/pricing structure will be going into the Christmas/New Years season will be?? Better to sign up now or wait a month?

Well it's sunday and nothing yet on the Web site that I could fnd. Nothing in the paper either so far... verizon has a $40 off offer .. so what are the plans?
