hey whatever!

there's no way for a USC employee to be able to tell you what kind of replacement you would get for your phone. signal always sends you a phone with similar features and quality. they try to keep it to the same brand too, you you would probably recieve some sort of audiovox or UT starcom phone.

Signal insurance is a totally separate company from US cellular, so unfortunately no, you cant use the $50 you spent on a claim to credit towards a nicer phone. you will be getting the phone from signal, not US cellular.

i hope this helped!

You will get a sasung 340 if they dont have a your phone. You cant pay for an upgrade since you get what you insured. Yes a US Cell employee can tell because of the replacement matrix!

i stand corrected. dont worry about samsungs, they're all pretty solid phones. especially the 340 it can take a beating. they arent the prettiest but they're very user friendly and very reliable phones. the 340 will do you nicely until it's time for renewal. the only downfall to the 340 is it has no bluetooth, so dig up that wired headset you buried in the closet!

The replacement matrix has nothing to do with reality. It's going to give you a guess at best.

If you are really worried about what phone you will get....When you make the claim ask them what phone will be replacing yours. They will tell you!

Oh and the equipment matrix is solid! It does give you correct phone 99% of the time. At least with my experience it has
