larger keys on Smartphones-Suggestions?

Hello - I need a phone to send and receive e-mail and open Word/Excel. I have large hands and do not like the current size keys on the standard Blackberry units.

Any suggestions on an alternative model.

if you need word or excel i would suggest something running windows mobile.

bigger buttons would be a Q9c or an HTC 6800.

Thank you. I take it, you are not a fan of US Cellular. It offers the best coverage in this specific area.
