HTC Touch vs BB Curve
SO after recently carrying the Curve for a few months I definitely prefer WIndows Mobile.
My Touch is much better for me...now I agree RIM makes a quality product but for what I need in a phone BB fell a bit short.
1. Phone calls- the comparison is pretty close hear with BB probably coming out a little ahead. Louder earpiece on BB wins it.
2. Camera- BB wins hands down...the flash is really what seperates these two 2.0 mp cameras. WIth the Touch if you dont have good lighting the pics just dont come out...
3. Texting...This is where the Touch starts to take over... the both have some version of threaded texting, however I love how there is no character limit on the Touch, it just lets you keep typing and it will just send it ou...

but the bb is a way better phone. Have fun resetting your windows mobile phone every two hours. and waiting 2 years to get email.

i hate that i agree with you so much. it hurts. ๐คจ

well great minds think alike... I happen to think that your name hits the nail on the head. Thats just straight to the point, luckily for me I don't rely on them for income anymore.....

Lucky dog! Actually the pay is quite decent most months, its some of the customers who I'd like to get rid of....but that would stop the income. Oh well. ๐

Actually, since I get my work email thru an exchange server it is direct push. It shows up on my phone before my PC. Much better than when it was going thru a BB Enterprise Server. Other than that my personal email accounts are mostly junk email anyways so I have it check once a day. That is how I want my phone to work, just like your BB must do want you want it to. I reset my Touch maybe twice a week if that. Most of the time when I restart it it is purely preventative. As most manufacturers recommend to turn your phone off every now and then I pulled the battery on the BB once a week as well it just took like 20 mins to come back on each time. ๐คฃ ๐คฃ

Yeah, i kinda see your point. after almost two years with a motorola krzr k1m, i decided to upgrade to a red blackberry curve and honestly, from what i have always heard about blackberry, i was very disappointed.... so on mlk jr. day i will have nothing better to do than to take advantage of my 30-day trial period and exchange for a licorice-colored motorola q9c... having already dealt with winmo extensively on my cousins blackjack 2 i already know the os and love it... so much better than blackberry os... i mean seriously i've been really bored with it as of late and i'm really looking forward to next monday

The bb is nice if all you do is e-mail and yes on windows mo there is a delay but only 5 minutes if you set it up right and as far as flexablity the winmo phone wins hands down with many kinds of full keyboards and other software for a vast amout of things where the bb is very limited and as far as resetting the phone all the time i have had a winmo phone for some years now and haven't had this problem at all if you install and uninstall programs right. ๐

yeah...i actually got a chance to go on down to my local us cellular agent and made the exchange early.... the only downside i have noticed is slightly worse reception and slightly weaker battery.... but otherwise it seems to me to have so much more functionality... now it does have a 2 or 3 second lag on some apps and is a little slower than my cousins blackjack 2 but it still has all of the really nice functions.... it seems infinitely more capable probably because everything on my blackberry seemed so dumbed down.... you get lots of options with windows mobile.... also the asthetics of my q make it one of the best looking phones out there.... better than the bulky curve... but yeah anyway so far so good
...
๐ฒ you think the q looks better than the curve? call your local looney bin. ๐ณ

yeah... i know i made a big mistake lol
