I know that it is required to purchase the smart phone data packages when getting a smart phone. But, let's say I want a "smart" phone, but I really just want it for the extra features, like the QWERTY keyboards on the Blackberries, but I don't really want it for a business asset. After the first month, would I be able to cancel the smart phone data plan and simply use the phone?
