you are pretty much SOL, but you may have an option to "buy out" the rest of your contract, or even pay the full $150 ETF and then get the discount again. If you can find one yet today, you should get it for the $70 holiday weekend (plus whatever ETF you have), but tomorrow it will go back to regular price...and most stores have been out since Friday.

go in and talk to teh store, its kinda up to the managment team at the store, i know at my store, when people ran into that predicument, we would see if we had a used for sale, and sell it at a discounted price, its kinda bending the rules, but its helping someone out, kinda let them trade in their phone, and give them a discount on the used for sale.

like someone else said go in to a company owned location and talk to them. They have the ability to adjust used phone prices to whatever they would like. For example, you could find a used one and negotiate a price for it. Say maybe a hundred bucks. or you might be able to get it for the promo price without the rebate sine it was already purchased. The store could also take yours as kind of trade in if they feel the need to do so as long as your current phone is in good condition and you have the accessories it came with. Its worth a shot. I work for the company and we do it all the time.
