yes SOFOLOSER but once you put in the programming it does ask you for the service code and the default service code is "000000" after that when you need to change any settings it then asks you for a "SUBLOCK" code.. its like you work for us cellular or something..

hmmm.......good deduction....it has been awhile since i've programmed a 731.....probably because i don't like them....and i don't sell my customers phones that suck......no offense djs508.

Okay, I am a little confused about how this works .

When I do that, it takes me to the NAM 1 Setting screen. Does this mean it's unlocked? Can they put another carrier in?
