I was watching the Ohio State vs Iowa game today and noticed both coaches were wearing cell phone carrier branded headsets. Ohio State was AT&T which looked professional. It had a plastic molded logo on the sides and the top was branded professionally too.
Then I looked at Iowa's coach and he had US Cellular. Talk about unprofessional. The sides looked like they were cut out of paper and literally scotch taped on, while the top of his headset was simply a bumper sticker. ...

Interesting observation. It is so true that U.S. Cellular is held together by hunks of manure and twigs. They literally give you the fewest tools in the game and ask you to grow its business. Are they (the management) insane? Nope, just lazy, slow, stupid, incompetent and unaccountable for the non-sense we live through day to day. Once again... F-You USCC... As an ex agent-thank god! I can tell you not only do they treat customers badly (a sad turn of events) the lie and treat their agents badly also.
I've been traveling since closing my locations, each and every place I've stopped has bad morale and the new hires now nothing. In a couple of places, they had people who had come over from other carriers and they made no bones about leaving USCC as they can't make any money, do to the lack of customers coming in the door.
The agents that really helped build this company early on are fed up with the web sales.
As for TOPS it's the Bottom. Twice I could not make a payment as the system is down, and associates ...
