Just how the company is to work for? How do they treat their employee's. Is their room for advancment? Do the current employees like the company.

We are growing so advancement is a very strong possibility. We are still some what small so its a great company to work for. Better than average pay, benefits and they are always doing something to show appreciation to their employees. I took a minor paycut and moved away from one of the bigger carriers and don't regret it for one second.
