Employee Question
I am a very accomplished sales rep and sales manager from one of the top four, but thinking about jumping ship. Can someone tell me what targeted sales compensation is for a sales rep and an assistant manager at Cricket, and a little about the comp plan, and what it is possible to make if you blow targets out of the water? Nobody from Cricket can BB message you because Cricket doesn't carry Blackberry's. They were supposed to launch one in April but once again they couldn't deliver. I would wait to see if Metro and Cricket can get a deal done, if not then Sprint will probably buy Metro and then Cricket will be left out in the cold dying a slow death. They closed 10% of their corporate stores at the end of the first quarter. Yeah it made them look profitable but 27 stores went bye bye. on the flip side they have great benefits and they pay a higher base pay then all the other carriers. Downside is you have to deal with every person that has ever been or is on welfare. They are broke and expect everything to be given to them for free. Anyhow this is one ...
