I've had Cricket here in Az for two years.
Cricket is doing OK today after coming out of bankruptcy. For example, going to their web site would often produce site errors and thus you were screwed about paying your bill.
Customer Care used to be an exercise in combat.
Things are better now. Service has improved so there are fewer dropped calls, etc. The web site works better. Customer Care has improved so that it is not immediate combat, but don't expect that they really care. This is still The Telecommunications Fraud (aka The Telecommunications Industry).
They still have continual problems: misposted payments, etc. In two years I've had at least 4 misposting problems.
And they are rolling out their dat...

i've had cricket service off and on for about two years now and i love it!! I used to live in clarksville, tn and the service was mediocre, but now that i have moved to nashville i get excellent service wherever i go. cricket provides exceptional rates that are fixed and you have no hidden charges. Right now if you sign up you get unlimited local minutes and unlimited long distance. the only drawback to the service is that it cannot be used out of the calling area. I personally don't have a problem with this because i do not travel very far, and the calling areas are fairly large in my area. now there has been incidences where my bill has been charged for months i have had the phone turned off(due to non payment) but fortunately they se...
