1200? I'm lucky to break 800 anymore. Since at&t we have less customer traffic but have more sales reps. Also, network quality was degraded tremendously and customers are fleeing to other carriers. Not to mention how AT&T corporate treats Dobson reps so poorly

I really miss them. I used to make $2500 to $4000 per month in just commission now I am ASM of a COR loacation and can't even bring half of that home. I agree to that our stores are way over staffed you just can't make any money. As Cellular One we had 2 sales reps and a manager now 5 reps a manager and ASM it's crazy. Plus you sale 3-4 times more in accessories and features and get paid only a fraction of what we were paid. It seems like every time we turn around we have a pay structure that takes our pay down again. It's just depressing working for a company this large when they keep cutting your pay. đ

AT&T bought us for spectrum and that's it. They might have screwed every customer and employee, but at least they aren't paying us roaming anymore. I'd just as soon give up the iPhones for Statewide Unlimited Plans!!! (that would be assuming they didn't already fire me since sales fell off 50% since AT&T took over!)
