WARNING: Boost horror story must read

So about 3 months ago, I'm on hold with Boost Mobile. I charge 50 bucks on my account, like I always do, when I run out of minutes. The call center associate accidentally hit the button 3 extra times, and charged me a total of 200 bucks by mistake. They realized they're mistake and said they would credit me back. I allowed 3 months to go by, and was able to burn through $85 of the minutes. But after the 91st day, they're system cancelled the rest of the money on my account, equaling $115.55 into the Boost coffers.
Today I called in and the phone center associate seemed to care and empathized with me. He asked me why I waited so long to call in about my credit. My answer was that when I originally called in and the associate humbly apol...

Dispute all of the charges with your credit card company immediately
write the BBB in the town where Boost is based
write the CEO of Sprint/Nextel/Boost
do those things, and your $115.50 will be right back on your credit card

The sprint god can fix your issue for you. You need the amount you lost credited to you acct.?

Hello, yeah, I would like my money back.
I called my credit card company, but because it's been over 60 days since the purchase, they can't help me; but gave me Sprint's number and the FTC's number. I haven't called them yet.

I actually have 5 credit cards, two are platinums, all are under 30% debt/credit limit with 700+ fico score. I am also a licensed financial advisor so I am a financial prude to say the least. Boost and Virgin have the best plans if your calls are under 5 minutes.
But I get your joke 🙂 They always put me on hold and I have to they're snoop dog rap hold music.
