DC(chirp) Connecting Problems
You can contact me at jessloren60@yahoo.com privately, i will try and help you resolve this problem but I need to be able to contact you at a different phone # than your boost so we can troubleshoot the problem... i feel confident we can either resolve it or I can figure it out and advise on a resolution. I work from 11am to 11pm Mountain Standard Time on Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday, I will check my mail before I leave at 10:15...Jess
1. make sure you power cycle your phone, becuase that could impact the problem.
2. make sure nothing on the phone that doesnt have any restrictions. (not sure if phones even would have that, jess would know more then me about that)
3. perhaps your account is under negative make sure it isnt.
4. there could be a restriction on your account.
5. you could master reset, if you have that on your phone, but it isnt a good idea especially if there is an outage in that area.
anyway, what i think would be going on is probably a restriction on your account, and whether it has to deal with your balance being under a certain $ amount, or they restricted those things on someone's behalf.
there really isnt anything that someone can do if the above situations are the case, however, if it isnt the case, then something else must be the matter. for example, the phone could be bad, and the network could be not good.
i dont really deal with Boost, but i think you should just go to customer care to see what is going on and perhaps have your phone fixed or whatever they can do to rectify this ...

you might have them refreshing the whole system, that could help.. user not available usually means the phone is off..
as i said i am not too familar with boost, so i have asked around to people who actually are inside Boost. i will see if i can answer by them soon. (you could always email Jess here on phonescoop)
well even if you have money in there, sometimes you can actually restrict certain features..
i wish i could do more to help..
i would just keep calling and emailing them..
jess will respond dont worry, becuase i have talked to her in the past and she is pretty quick with emails.. let it take time..
if it is not costing you then dont worry about it now.. lol.
