Monthly Unlimited just got better. We are pleased to announce that Boost Mobile is making Call Waiting available for Monthly Unlimited customers.
Between 2/12 - 2/17, Call Waiting will automatically be added to existing Monthly Unlimited customers' service; customers will not be required to perform any additional steps to accept this additional feature. On 2/18, all new Monthly Unlimited activations will automatically include Call Waiting. Additionally, Call Waiting services will not incur any additional charges for Monthly Unlimited customers.

To make a long short. Boost failed to see that their records were wrong, and would not credit me money that was due to me.
Now I know why Sprint/Nextel is losing customers by the millions every quarter.
People are always picking on Verizon, At&T, T-Mobile. The real Culprit is Boost, I feel sorry for all those teenagers who don't know what a joke really is. But I'm sure they'll find out soon enough.
Your best bet is stop using Boost for as I mentioned earlier, their "mother company...
