Call their support and they will be able to tell you whether or not it has shipped. Mine was the same way, "processing" but when I called it had actually already shipped so...yeah, just give them a call and they can give you a more accurate status.
What did you get btw?
I ordered the Helio Ocean, 😁.
I'm real excited for it, as you can tell. I didn't realize it also took two days to process.
I think I'll call support right now.
