So I had a esculation...no big deal right....I didnt think so until ....it took 37 minutes(Yes I Timed) for someone to come over to take it...37 minutes...how the hell do you think they will justify a wait time like this? Oh wait I know they wont and then I'll get yelled at for a high handle time to boot. I stood like a bump on a fricking log while the 2 or 3 SLR and Rez strolled around. Twice they came to me

With that they walked away..telling me that they would send someone right over

37 minutes...Im not mad about the esculation there was nothing I could do about it...over my credit limit...it was the fact that they walked away and left me ...to do what? say I'm sorr...
