Upgrade Question for CSRs
They're running Nokia E-71x refurbs for free, which though outdated, is a great phone.

If you're looking for something a little more basic, (out of all the freebies) I don't see many Samsung Flights coming back in with problems. As for call quality though, I don't have anything good or bad to say... Also, I would stay away from the free LG phones. I do a ton of XBMs for Neons.

I wouldn't mind paying $20-30 for a phone; what would be the best thing in that price range?
You'll get the same price online as in a corporate store or a retailer, but instore you will generally have a rebate. If you don't mind dealing with a rebate, you could do us AT&T dealers a favor and buy instore! Either way, there's some solid choices.
The Pantech Breeze II (if you're not looking for something complicated) is a well-rounded flip phone with good call quality, a big and bright screen, and LOUD speakers. It's also pretty damage-resistant. With all this comes a sacrifice in features; you won't enjoy web browsing or social networking on this handset.
