Beginning January 20, T-Mobile will offer pre-registration for two great new data devices scheduled to launch in mid-February, the MDA Handheld and the SDA Smartphone.

Existing and potential customers who sign up at www.t-mobile.com/bethefirst will receive an automatic e-mail telling them when the devices are available for purchase. Existing customers will be able to click through to My-T-Mobile to see if they are eligible for an upgrade; potential customers can click through to the T-Mobile.com purchase path or a retail store locator.

What are T-Mobile's plans for the new year? Will they be changing their wireless plans, etc? I know they are raising the price of thier text messaging for those who don't have a package.

Will T-Mobile eventually phase out thier low cost plans?

How long does it take for Easy Pay to take effect once you activate it?

I have heard positive things about T-Mobile and was wondering if the company has any plans to move into East Tennessee any time soon (Knoxville to be specific). Thanks for any feedback! -CellDude 🙂

I'm currently with Verizon, but am sick of them on many levels. However, I've heard that they are the best for plans and coverage and call quality. I would like any feedback any of you who are knowledgeable and familiar w/ both T-Mobile and VZW to provide any feedback you may have.

If I have a SIM card for pay as you go, could I buy an unlocked Razr and put the sim card in it...would it work for pay as you go? If its t-mobile compatable. Thanks!

when did T-mobile raise thier rates??? It used to be $3.99 a month and $35.00 for a claim... I have had the account since 2002 and dropped it in 2004. I just ordered the RAZR and they said it would be $5.99 and $110.00 deductible??? What happened here??? Has this been discussed and I'm just late or what???

T-Mobile does not have holidays as free days. if the holiday falls on a weekday...it is considered a normal day. i know a lot of people will call in on monday to ask this.

i love tmobile but i gotta problems with tha phones...they not bad but they expensive as hell...u can get tha same phone unlocked for like 50$ cheaper...im not sayin tmobile should lower tha price (i mean they gotta make money too) but does any1 no any websites that sell unlocked gsm phones? besides myworldphone and cell

I am done with TMOB, I had to pay 3 ETF fees but it was worth it now that I am with Cingular...TO HELL WITH TMOB!!!

when i opened my phone today i noticed that the screen(inside) fades to white every 8 seconds and then returns back to normal and then in 8 seconds it does that again...
and the external display is purple blue and yellow and looks like it is bleeding colors. i don't know what happend i don't remember any dropping of the phone except on a couch.

i took my little brother to the t-mobile store where he activated one line on a $39.99 1000 min plan a few months ago. being he just turned 18 he had to pay a $75.00 activation fee upfront (because he had no credit). recently he just got a laptop and has comcast internet but is saying the price is kicking him in the @$$. i suggested dsl but he wants to be like me 😁 and get a laptop card. so he can roam with his pc.

he is a smartacess customer for about four months. we know he cant add a line to his plan yet. so does this mean he cant get a laptop card yet also? or will he be paying a deposit? how does this work?
