Two questions.

1) Does anyone know the launch date for the Samsung E-865?

2) Is the launch date still May 17,2005 for
New York City to get the new Voicemail platform or was it changed?

Thanks! 🙂

New phone for tmobile ....wait? or not?

Hi everyone, my phone was recently stolen in costa rica. I had a SE t610 which i loved for its bluetooth, small size, ease of use, and triband. I want to buy a new phone with similar features plus a better camera (Bluetooth is necessary!). My contract is also up so i can renew it and save some money on a phone.

Right now the only bluetooth phones tmobile has is the nokia 6600 which i think is ugly and the moto v600 which i heard the camera sucks and the phonebook doesnt have the ability to add multiple numbers for each name. So should i wait for the new phones to come out like the samsung E865 or the upgrade to the v600? When are new bluetooth phones coming to tmobile? I really cant wait too long cause i am helpless without a phone. Mone...

Motorola V635 and other phones.

Looks like the Motorola V635 will not be out until the 3rd Quarter (July, August, or September).

Who has joined T-Mobile through Amazon?

I am ready to buy a phone and get new service for the first time with T-Mobile through Amazon.com because after the rebate the phone is free compared to $299 at the T-mobile store.

Before I make the commitment I'd like to know if anyone has become a customer through T-Mobile and how the experience was?

If I have a problem with the phone do have to send it back to Amazon or can I go to a t-mobile store? etc etc

thanks

T-Mobile's Internet speed

T-Mobile seems like a cool company and I have considered signing with them before. Only thing I don't know is do they have any high speed wireless internet (besides hotspots in resturants and airports)? Only phones I ever see list GPRS as their data connectivity. No Edge (and of course no EV-DO since that's not for GSM). Does T-mobile have anything planned to compete with the big 3 on internet speed?

$200.00?! But I saw it online for free!...

How do you combat that customer that is looking to upgrade their handset but the online price is better at the time; and they dont seem to understand that pricing is good only for new activations (icing on the cake: and they say they will just cancel to get the online price, or have it activated under someone elses name)???? 👿 👿 Comments, suggestions, rip the customers a new one, etc...

Call log checkers

Man, am I the only one who hates it when people call in fifty times a day to check up on their spouses and kids? "What calls have been made? What's the number? What time was it? How many minutes?" Ugh. Get some dignity and a computer and do your own dirty laundry sniffing on line, leave us OUT of it! If you have so little trust in the people in your life that you're reduced to calling strangers to check out the health of your relationships, it doesn't MATTER what's actually going on, it's over. Sack up, get a divorce or whatever and get on with it...

Sorry, pet peeve... 👿

New Nokia & Samsung Phones Coming March 21

In talking with a care rep tonight, they commented that the Nokia 3220 and the Samsung X475 will be available on March 21. Not available for upgrade of course.
Does anyone know if this Samsung has a Speakerphone? The E330, which phonescoop says is tentatively coming to T-Mobile does. Have T-mobile just substituted models?
